Cancellation Policy – YourTrip Sathi
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
1. Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be made via:

Cancellation is effective only after written confirmation from us.
2. Domestic Tour Packages
- 30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charges
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
- Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charges
3. International Tour Packages
- 45+ days before departure: 15% cancellation charges
- 30–44 days before departure: 30% cancellation charges
- 15–29 days before departure: 60% cancellation charges
- Less than 15 days: 100% cancellation charges
Visa fees and flight tickets may be non-refundable.
4. Flight Tickets
- Subject to airline cancellation policy
- Low-cost airline tickets are usually non-refundable
- Airline cancellation charges will apply
5. Hotel Bookings
- Cancellation charges depend on hotel policy
- Some promotional rates are non-refundable
6. No Show Policy
If the traveler does not appear on the departure date:
- 100% cancellation charges apply
- No refund will be processed
7. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refund will be credited to original payment method
- Bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted
8. Cancellation by YourTrip Sathi
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Insufficient bookings
- Unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- Alternative date
OR - Full refund (excluding non-refundable components)
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to:
- Weather conditions
- Political unrest
- Pandemic restrictions
- Airline strikes
